Willisha is a Registered Psychological Associate and PsyD- doctoral candidate at The Chicago School, Los Angeles.
Willisha is a dedicated clinician with a commitment to assisting individuals, adolescents, families, and couples in overcoming life's significant challenges and fostering more fulfilling lives.
Willisha specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relational issues, and insecure attachment. She also provides support for stress associated with parenting, couples, and family dynamics.
Employing a diverse range of evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs, Willisha integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, including, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
Her therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe, collaborative environment for clients to develop practical skills and enhance self-efficacy. As an experienced professional, Willisha is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds, and she proudly advocates for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
