ABOUT ME
Dr. Sandra Gelblicht is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist passionate about working with individuals and adults who are in a place to actively make meaningful changes towards a vital life. She believe's that all people are capable of healing and personal growth, and that your feelings matter, as do your thoughts and behavior patterns.
Dr. Gelblicht works with adults, couples, and families. Some of her treatment specialties include anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, depression, relationship/communication difficulties, men’s mental health, life transitions/aging, grief and loss, and trauma. Her approach is integrative, trauma informed, and utilizes cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic modalities and principles.
Dr. Gelblicht is a supporter and ally to the LGBTQIA+ and BIOPIC communities and uses warmth, compassion, and a collaborative style to build strong and empowering relationships with her clients. Dr. Gelblicht respects that taking the first step towards helping yourself is a difficult, significant, and empowering action on the road to a more whole and gratifying life.
