YUSRA NASHNOUSH, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

ABOUT ME
Yusra believes that every person possesses an innate capacity to heal, though life’s challenges—such as trauma, depression, or anxiety—can sometimes obscure that inner strength. She views therapy as a space for rediscovery, where clients can reconnect with themselves, process pain, and find renewed meaning and wholeness.
Clinically, Yusra’s therapeutic approach is holistic, compassionate, and client-centered. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness to meet clients where they are. Her work draws upon mind-body-soul integration, creating a supportive environment for clients to explore difficult emotions, navigate life transitions, and strengthen their sense of self.
Rooted in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, Yusra honors each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience. She provides a warm and collaborative space where healing unfolds at the client’s pace, guided by empathy, respect, and authenticity. Her work often incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and spiritual reflection, helping clients cultivate deeper awareness and connection to their values.
Yusra is passionate about supporting individuals as they deepen their spiritual and personal development, believing that therapy can be both a place of relief and a pathway toward growth, meaning, and fulfillment. She strives to help her clients not only overcome pain, but also move toward a more grounded, empowered, and whole version of themselves.
