ABOUT ME

Mary is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with experience and training in evidence-based practices. Mary utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of her clients, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-DBT, EMDR, and offers LGBTQ+ affirmative, culturally sensitive therapy to adults, adolescents, and families.


Mary works with individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, relational and attachment wounds, stress, substance use, and trauma. Mary has experience working with teens, college/university students, first responders, and veterans. 

 

Mary is passionate about helping her clients get to know themselves better, heal from trauma and challenging experiences, and accomplish their goals to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
