What do I need to get started?
You do not need to know your diagnosis or treatment goals prior to contacting us, this is often part of our initial work together. If you feel you are confused, struggling, or your life feels unmanageable, get in touch and we'll gladly provide a brief, initial phone consultation to address any questions you might have.
Do you accept my insurance?
At this time, Best Life Therapy is an out-of-network provider, but is currently in the process of credentialing with some insurance companies. That means we do not accept insurance directly, however, we make the reimbursement process as turnkey as possible by providing all the necessary paperwork, including receipts and diagnosis codes, in a timely fashion in the form of a superbill at the first of each month. You may submit the superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Will I get reimbursed?
It is our experience that most patients are reimbursed for 50 to 80% for the cost of their sessions if they have out-of-network mental health coverage and have met their Out of Network deductible. It is helpful to call individual insurance providers to determine level of coverage in advance.
How does the reimbursement process work?
At the first of each month, a statement of services will be provided to you in person or via email. This form should be submitted to your insurance company, along with a health insurance claim form, to receive payment. Most insurance carriers process each claim like any other medical claim. Should any questions arise about services, please feel free to have them contact your therapist directly.

What does a therapy session at Best Life Therapy cost?
Please inquire directly about session fees. Therapy sessions are offered in 45, 60 and 90 minute time increments.
