ABOUT ME
Dr. Carpenter is a Psychological Associate with expertise and advanced training in evidence-based practices. Dr. Carpenter utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of her clients, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Dr. Carpenter works with adults who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, relational and attachment wounds, stress, substance use, and trauma. Dr. Carpenter has specialized experience in working with teens, college/university students, and adults in their 20's and 30's.
Dr. Carpenter's approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Dr. Carpenter aims to create therapeutic relationships where her clients feel understood and supported throughout the therapy process. Dr. Carpenter is passionate about helping her clients get to know themselves better, heal from painful experiences, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
