ABOUT ME
Dr. Danielle Lascano is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with expertise and advanced training in evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and utilizes Psychodynamic principles in her work. Additionally, Dr. Danielle is a registered play therapist and a certified grief professional.
Dr. Lascano works with individuals, teens, families and couples experiencing addiction, trauma, grief & loss, relational and attachment wounds, life transitions, anxiety and depression, as well as women's issues. Dr. Danielle also works with parents experiencing stress related to parenting as well as couples and individuals experiencing relationship difficulties.
When Dr. Danielle is not seeing clients, she is a passionate educator and professor, teaching a variety of courses in the psychology department at Azusa Pacific University. Dr. Danielle's therapeutic approach is centered in absolute positive regard, meeting clients where they are, and providing a safe space to collaborate in developing skills to achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives.
